Jimenez \u2013 Panamericana: <\/strong>about 40 kms (24 miles) flat, then steep hills (up to 11%) till Panamericana<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<strong>Intersection Panamericana \u2013 Dominical<\/strong>: hilly; small hills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<strong>Dominical \u2013 Jac\u00f3:<\/strong> flat, closer to Jac\u00f3 a few small hills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<strong>Jac\u00f3 \u2013 Punta Arenas:<\/strong> very hilly, after Herradura a 4 km (2,5 miles) climb (185 meters\/ 555 ft) and then hilly (!! A few kms after Tarcoles is the famous crocodile bridge; standing on the bridge, looking down, you can see many crocs lying around)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<strong>Peninsula Nicoya:<\/strong> mainly flat, a few hills.
